 Inhalte und Themen
This workshop, centered on neonatal access management, seeks to comprehensively address the importance and challenges associated with various access points in preterm and newborn infants. These include umbilical venous catheters, ultrasound-guided central venous access, PICC lines, and intraosseous access. The program is meticulously designed to provide both experienced and less-experienced neonatologists, as well as professionals from related fields, with the essential skills for optimal access management. In addition to informative theoretical discussions, the workshop features hands-on practical training sessions held at the Simulation Center of the Comprehensive Center for Pediatrics. Expanding beyond access management, the program delves into diverse topics such as clinical cases, videorecordings of real situations, and quality improvement initiatives.
