After attending the workshop, the participants will be able to:
Address individual needs in compliance with their Continuous Professional Development (CPD) plan.
Distinguish upper extremity blocks above and below the clavicule.
Describe the anatomy of the lumbo-sacral plexus.
Demonstrate ultrasonography for peripheral nerve blocks: upper, lower and thoraco-abdominal nerve blocks.
Enhance practical knowledge in the medical field of RA and pain management.
Participate in a dialogue between clinicians and researchers in the field of RA and pain management. as a means of further developing individual expertise.
Demonstrate nerve stimulator- and ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia techniques.
This workshop is designed for anaesthesiologists with a special interest in regional anaesthesia. The workshop is aimed at both beginners and advanced anesthesiologists.
