After attending this workshop the participants will be able to:
Analyse new research evidence concerning regional anaesthesia, acute pain, chronic pain and regional anaesthesia
Compare different treatment protocols / approaches and their outcome
Recognize the advantage of different regional anaesthesia & acute pain techniques / approaches / protocols compared to other modalities and possibly integrate them in their daily practice
Recognize the advantage of different chronic pain techniques / approaches / protocols / interventions compared to other modalities and possibly integrate them in their daily practice
Evaluate the need to incorporate new guidelines (for example COVID-19, regional anaesthesia a& chronic pain) in the daily practice
Develop a better view of the different possibilities of using regional anaesthesia techniques for anaesthesia and acute pain treatment.
This workshop is designed for anaesthesiologists with a special interest in regional anaesthesia and pain therapy
